1. Services Provided

Ginny Homes provides professional property management, rental administration, grounds maintenance, and domestic / commercial waste management solutions in accordance with signed service agreements and work orders.

2. Property Management Agency Terms

Property management engagements are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act and our comprehensive property authority agreement. Ginny Homes acts with due care and diligence to protect owner assets, vet prospective tenants, and oversee required upkeep.

3. Waste & Skip Bin Hire Terms (Ginny Kiwi Bins)

Ginny Kiwi Bins (Ginny Homes Limited) skip bin hire terms include up to 7 days hire, specific weight allowances (700kg for 6m³ and 1,000kg for 9m³), and transparent excess weight schedules ($100 per 250kg tier). Bins must not contain prohibited hazardous items and must not be loaded past the top rim.

4. Invoicing & Payment Terms
